• Local tax is payable on the spot: 780 HUF / person / night (over 18 years).
• Pets are welcome (only in Standard rooms). Please ask at the reception for the pet surcharge!

• Check-in: from 3.00 p.m.
• Check-out: until 11.00 a.m.

If possible, we kindly ask our guests to schedule their check-in between 3.00-8.00 p.m. and their check-out between 6.00-11.00 a.m. Early check-in and late check-out are possible on request, subject to availability and at an extra charge. Please contact reception in advance!

We welcome children over 14 years old. Children's discount between 14-17,99 years: 20% discount.

We kindly inform our guests that we can only accept a valid room reservation if a credit card guarantee is provided.
(To finalize the reservation, we require the full credit card number and its expiry date.)

According to our booking conditions, your credit card will only be charged in the following cases:

• if the guest does not arrive at the booked time (“no show”) and fails to cancel the reservation within the deadline specified in our booking policy,

• if the guest leaves the hotel without settling the payment on site.

Providing invalid or falsified credit card details, or details of a card without sufficient funds, constitutes fraud under Section 373 of the Penal Code. In such cases, we will immediately initiate legal proceedings and file a report with the police.

• A free cancellation of the reservation is possible up to 1 day before arrival. In case of a cancellation within 1 day before arrival or in the event of a no-show, the hotel is entitled to charge 100% of the reservation amount.
• During holiday and special periods, a free cancellation is possible up to 7 days before arrival. For cancellations within 7 days, the hotel is entitled to charge 100% of the reservation amount as a penalty.
• The period between 24–27 December 2025 is an exception; during this time a free cancellation of the reservation is possible up to 1 day before arrival. In case of a cancellation within 1 day before arrival or in the event of a no-show, the hotel is entitled to charge 100% of the reservation amount.
• In the case of early departure, there is no possibility of a subsequent price reduction of the reservation on site.

• The Arboretum of Sarvar can be visited directly through the garden of Hotel Bassiana, free of charge for hotel guests. Please note the opening hours of the Arboretum:
  1st April - 31st October: 9:00 a.m. - 7.00 p.m.
  1st November - 31st March: 9:00 a.m. - 5.00 p.m.
