• Pet surcharge (only for Standard rooms): 12.000 HUF / night.

We welcome children over 14 years old. Children's discount between 14-17,99 years: 20% discount.

• A 50% deposit is required no later than 3 days before the arrival date to guarantee your reservation.
• During holiday / special periods, the hotel will ask for the deposit to be paid no later than 7 days prior to arrival.

• Without a guarantee, we can hold your reservation for 3 days prior to arrival.
• In case of cancellation or no-show within 3 days, the hotel is entitled to charge 50% of the reservation as a penalty.
• In case of earlier departure, no subsequent price adjustment is possible on the spot.
• In case of cancellation or no-show within 7 days, the hotel is entitled to charge 50% of the booking amount as a penalty.

• The Arboretum of Sarvar can be visited directly through the garden of Hotel Bassiana, free of charge for hotel guests. Please note the opening hours of the Arboretum:
  1st April - 31st October: 9:00 a.m. - 7.00 p.m.
  1st November - 31st March: 9:00 a.m. - 5.00 p.m.
